Job summary

Caliber Collision - Chattanooga East is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and provide guidance. You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/photography, and paperwork, while arranging transportation and ensuring clear communication with customers, teammates and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance as required to ensure smooth service.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors.
