Job summary

Caliber Collision in Tampa - Carrollwood is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, assess their needs and provide guidance to ensure accurate repairs. You will support collision estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork while delivering clear communication with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in customer-facing roles; sales experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and ensure clear communication.
• Assist collision estimators with drop-offs, mapping, and photographing vehicles.
