Job summary

Caliber Collision in Riverview, FL seeks a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, identify needs, and respond with guidance. You will support collision estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, and photographing, while coordinating transportation and paperwork to ensure smooth repairs.

Role requires 2+ years in customer-facing work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced shop environment. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical activity (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and direct them to the right service.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for service.
• Interact with customers, teammates, vendors to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
