Job summary

Caliber Collision Largo is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, assess needs, and provide immediate guidance. You will support collision estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, and photography, while arranging transportation and handling paperwork.

This role emphasizes fast-paced, high-quality customer service and teamwork with teammates, vendors, and clients to ensure efficient repairs in line with standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or over the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and collaborators as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles.
