Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Sales experience considered a plus.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Guide customers and provide guidance to ensure proper repairs.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping, marking, and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare required paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries and maintain clear communication with customers, teammates, and vendors.
