Caliber Collision in Franklin, TN is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to warmly greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the collision process. You will support Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced shop, and a commitment to friendly, World Class customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Respond with guidance and assistance to ensure smooth repairs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
