Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant at our Murfreesboro service center. The role involves greeting customers in person or by phone, determining needs, and providing guidance to ensure efficient repairs.

You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, and photography, and arrange transportation as needed. The position requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility for company insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers promptly.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork; perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors.
