Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant at our Brentwood, TN location. You will greet customers, determine needs, and provide guidance and assistance while supporting Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping, and photography.

You will communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure efficient repairs following Caliber's procedures. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer facing experience, with sales experience a plus; must possess a valid driver’s

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly World Class customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork; communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure efficient repairs.
