Job summary

Caliber Collision in Murfreesboro is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, identify their needs, and respond with guidance. You will assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping, marking and photographing vehicles, while coordinating transportation and paperwork for repairs.

From day one, you’ll be part of a team that values world-class customer service, safety, and efficient repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
• Provide personable, friendly “World Class” customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs.
