Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance.
• Ability to perform physical activity and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for deliveries.
• Communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure efficient repairs.
• Adhere to Caliber’s SOPs, insurance partner guidelines and industry standards.
