• Ensure a World Class Client Experience for all clients.
• Promote a positive atmosphere in the showroom.
• Enhance in-showroom hospitality through research.
• Ensure timely client welcomes.
• Use CRM for unique client experiences.
• Discover client preferences.
• Support all hospitality aspects within the showroom.
• Maintain showroom housekeeping standards.
• Complete training requirements.
