Job summary

Mayors Jewelers is seeking a Sales Professional in Miami, FL to focus on client relationships and up-to-date product knowledge. You will present timepieces and jewelry with storytelling, delivering memorable service in a hospitality-driven showroom.

Responsibilities include building a client base via the CRM, maintaining product knowledge across brands, organizing displays, handling repairs, and collaborating with the team to ensure a premium client experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confidently present product to clients with storytelling and technical detail in a hospitable atmosphere.
• Build, maintain and develop a clientele through the company CRM.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge on the brands, collections, and pieces carried in the showroom.
• Maintain a professional attitude and conduct business with integrity.
• Comply with all Company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Offer assistance and build effective working relationships with team members.
• Turn clients over to another team member as needed to best serve the client.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and reduce shrinkage.
• Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
• Independently use all company systems and software required for duties.
• Complete relevant administrative responsibilities supporting the Client Experience.
• Take in and deliver client repairs when required.
• Perform all duties assigned by management.
