Responsibilities

• Confidently present products using storytelling and technical details.
• Build and maintain client relationships using the company CRM platform.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge on brands and collections.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times.
• Comply with company guidelines and policies.
• Assist and build effective relationships with team members.
• Organize merchandise to optimize sales.
• Complete relevant administrative duties supporting client experience.
