Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Client Experience Host to deliver a World Class Client Experience in our showroom in Boca Raton. You will engage clients with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, welcome guests, and tailor experiences using CRM data.

The role emphasizes hospitality, confidentiality, and strong teamwork within a high-performing environment. Previous jewelry/watch knowledge and hospitality experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model for the company culture and deliver a World Class Client Experience.
• Promote a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in the showroom.
• Enhance in-showroom hospitality through research and creative thinking.
• Welcome clients using CRM to facilitate unique experiences.
• Probe clients to discover preferences to personalize experiences.
• Support all aspects of the client experience and prioritize clients' needs.
• Maintain showroom housekeeping standards and comply with policies.
• Complete training and attend departmental meetings.
• Recommend changes to improve efficiency and data security.
• Perform all duties as assigned by management.
