Qualifications

• Jewelry/watch product knowledge preferred.
• Experience with hospitality strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model the company culture to ensure a World Class Client Experience.
• Promote a positive atmosphere in the showroom.
• Enhance in-showroom hospitality through research and creative thinking.
• Welcome clients in a timely manner.
• Use CRM to create unique client experiences based on interests.
• Support individual client journeys by prioritizing their needs.
• Maintain showroom housekeeping standards.
• Complete training requirements through e-learning.
• Act as the first point of contact with clients.
• Recommend changes to improve operational practices.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of client data.
