Job summary

Mayors Jewelers seeks a Client Experience Host to deliver a World Class client experience in our Miami showroom. You will engage clients with hospitality, assist Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room, and ensure client stations are well stocked.

Schedule flexibility includes evenings and weekends, with a professional presentation and proactive client engagement. You will bring jewelry/watch knowledge, hospitality experience, and strong communication to build lasting client relationships

Qualifications

• Jewelry/watch knowledge preferred.
• Hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Basic selling skills and techniques.
• Experience working in a high-performing team.
• IT literate and able to use standard software.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Confidentiality at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a World Class Client Experience to all clients.
• Support showroom and VIP room staff with client service.
• Ensure client experience stations are well stocked and maintained.
• Engage clients using hospitality and creative research.
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and professional presentation.
• Schedule flexibility to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
