Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC in Greenwich, CT invites an enthusiastic Client Experience Host to deliver a world-class client journey in our showroom. You will engage clients with hospitality, knowledge of jewelry and watches, and exceptional communication to create memorable experiences.

You will support Sales Consultants, maintain showroom standards, and use CRM to tailor interactions to individual client interests, ensuring every visit reflects the luxury brand and exceptional service

Qualifications

• Jewelry/watch product knowledge preferred
• Experience with hospitality strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Be a role model for company culture and deliver world-class client experiences
• Create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in-showroom
• Enhance in-showroom hospitality through research and creativity
• Ensure clients are welcomed in a timely manner
• Use CRM to facilitate unique client experiences based on individual client interests
• Maintain showroom housekeeping standards and support showroom operations
• Attend departmental meetings and represent the showroom
• Recommend changes to systems and procedures to improve floor efficiency
