Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC in New York seeks a Client Experience Host to deliver a World Class Client Experience. The role requires professional presentation, exceptional communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will assist Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room, maintain hospitality stations, and use CRM to tailor experiences to client interests.

Jewelry/watch knowledge and hospitality experience are preferred. Hourly rate: $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and hospitality skills.
• Ability to work in a showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a constant role model for the company culture and deliver a World Class Client Experience.
• Lead by example to promote a positive showroom atmosphere.
• Enhance in-showroom hospitality through research and creativity.
• Ensure clients are welcomed in a timely manner.
• Use CRM to tailor experiences to client interests.
• Support all aspects of client experience and showroom operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policy.
• Stay current on product and services offered in the showroom.
• Attend departmental meetings and represent the Showroom.
