Qualifications

• Jewelry/watch product knowledge preferred.
• Experience with hospitality strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model for the company culture and ensure a World Class Client Experience.
• Promote a positive atmosphere in-showroom.
• Enhance in-showroom hospitality through research.
• Use CRM to facilitate unique client experiences.
• Support all aspects of hospitality within the showroom.
• Maintain showroom housekeeping standards.
