Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new clients and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching to prioritize service and selling.
• Stay current with market competition, industry trends and client shopping behavior.
• Forecast, plan and budget for payroll and staffing needs.
