Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant at our Cape Coral service center. The role involves greeting customers, determining needs and providing guidance, while supporting estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, and coordinating transportation and paperwork.

You will ensure clear communication with customers, teammates, and vendors to drive efficient repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs.
