Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant at our Lake Worth, FL center. You will greet customers in person or by phone, determine needs, and respond with guidance and assistance to ensure efficient repairs.

You will also support estimators by handling drop-offs, photographing vehicles, and coordinating transportation. The role emphasizes delivering personable, world-class service, while adhering to Caliber’s SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to greet customers in person or on the phone and respond with guidance and assistance as required.
