Job summary

Caliber Collision in Delray Beach welcomes you to join as a Customer Service Consultant. You will greet customers, identify needs, and guide them through the repair process, supporting estimators with drop-offs and vehicle mapping/photography.

You will also arrange transportation, complete paperwork, and maintain clear communication with customers, teammates, and vendors to ensure timely, quality repairs. The role emphasizes world-class customer service in a fast-paced production shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs.
