Job summary

Caliber Collision Fort Myers is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to warmly greet customers, determine needs, and guide them through the repair process. You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/photo tasks, and paperwork, while ensuring clear communication with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and assess their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Communicate with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure smooth repairs.
• Adhere to Caliber’s SOPs and industry guidelines.
