Job summary

Caliber Collision in Cape Coral is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs and guide them through the repair process. You will assist Collision Estimators, manage drops, document vehicles, arrange transportation, and handle paperwork with precision and care.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, production environment at a trusted, equal-opportunity shop, with weekly pay, overtime eligibility, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Support Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Deliver information with clear communication to customers, teammates and vendors.
