Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Workspace Customer Engineer I, New Business, to partner with Sales and become the primary technical partner for customers across multiple U.S. locations.

You will troubleshoot, design, and demonstrate Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise solutions, guiding technical discussions and proofs-of-concept to drive technical wins. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of cloud-native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Work on identifying and qualifying business opportunities, key customer technical objections, and developing strategy to resolve technical blockers.
• Architect solutions that leverage Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to automate complex, end-to-end customer workflows.
• Educate partners and customers on leveraging agentic capabilities using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise including integrations with third-party data sources.
• Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure needed to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on Google Workspace.
• Educate partners on the power of Google Workspace and enable them to drive technical innovation for our customers.
