Job summary

Google is seeking a Google Cloud Customer Engineer in Seattle area to partner with Sales, differentiate Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, and act as the technical lead for customer engagements.

You will troubleshoot questions, deliver proofs-of-concepts, and architect cross-pillar cloud solutions to drive technical wins and enterprise adoption. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience working on power applications and productivity software.
• Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities and resolve technical blockers.
• Share Google Workspace expertise with customers and partners, including briefings and proofs-of-concept.
• Architect solutions using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for end-to-end workflows.
• Educate partners and customers on agentic capabilities and integrations.
• Lead discussions connecting business goals to technical decisions.
