Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive technical wins, architect solutions, and partner with Sales to differentiate Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise. You will engage with technical and business leaders, guide proofs-of-concept, and deliver cross-pillar cloud solutions that solve customer issues.

You will collaborate with product teams to anticipate trends, present practical solutions, and shape delivery plans. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience working on power applications and productivity software.
Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Bachelor's degree in CS, AI-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with enterprise cloud ecosystems and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify business opportunities, resolve technical blockers.
Share Google Workspace expertise to support customer relationships and RFPs/RFIs.
Architect solutions leveraging Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for end-to-end workflows.
Educate partners and customers on agentic capabilities and integrations.
Lead discussions linking business goals to technical decisions.
