Job summary

Google LLC in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Google Cloud Customer Engineer to partner with Sales, differentiate Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, and serve as the customer’s primary technical partner. You will troubleshoot technical questions, engage in proofs-of-concepts, and architect cross-pillar cloud solutions that solve business challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Experience engaging with, or presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities and technical blockers with customers.
• Architect cross-pillar cloud solutions leveraging Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.
• Troubleshoot technical questions, run proofs-of-concept, and deliver demos.
• Educate partners and customers on agentic capabilities and integrations.
• Drive the technical win and define delivery and consumption plans.
