Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Google Workspace Customer Engineer to partner with Sales and act as the primary technical advisor for customers. You will troubleshoot complex questions, run proofs-of-concept, and design cross-pillar cloud solutions using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.

You will collaborate with product marketing, engineering, and customers to deliver practical, enterprise-grade solutions that accelerate transformation. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with power applications and productivity software.
• Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities; resolve technical blockers.
• Share Google Workspace expertise to support technical relationships with customers and partners; lead POC work and RFIs/RFPs.
• Architect solutions leveraging Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise; advise on integration strategies and platforms.
• Educate partners and customers on agentic capabilities; integrate with third-party data sources.
• Lead discussions connecting business goals to technical decisions.
