Google is hiring a Google Workspace Customer Engineer for the Mid-Market Enterprise segment in Google Cloud. You will partner with Sales to differentiate Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for customers, serving as the primary technical partner and trusted advisor to understand business issues and architect cross-pillar cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Six years of cloud-native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Experience with power applications and productivity software.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities and technical blockers.
• Share Workspace expertise to support customer relationships, including POCs and demos.
• Architect solutions leveraging Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for end-to-end workflows.
• Educate partners and customers on agentic capabilities and integrations.
• Lead discussions connecting business goals to technical decisions.
