Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Google Workspace Customer Engineer to partner with Sales and differentiate Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for customers. You will serve as the primary technical partner, leading technical conversations, troubleshooting questions, proofs-of-concepts, and cross-pillar cloud solutions that address business challenges.

You will present to technical and business leaders, architect end-to-end solutions, educate partners, and drive technical wins while shaping delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Experience engaging with, or presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities, address technical objections, and resolve blockers.
• Architect solutions leveraging Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to automate workflows.
• Educate partners and customers on agentic capabilities and third-party integrations.
• Recommend enterprise architectures and infrastructure for complete solutions using best practices.
• Educate partners on Google Workspace capabilities and help define technology direction for go-to-market.
