Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Google Workspace Customer Engineer to partner with Sales and differentiate Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for our customers. You will serve as the technical partner and trusted advisor, engaging in technical-led conversations to understand business issues and architect cross-pillar cloud solutions that address those needs.

You will troubleshoot technical questions, run proofs-of-concepts, and deliver practical, scalable solutions while helping customers adopt

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience working on power applications and productivity software.
Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify business opportunities, address technical objections, and resolve blockers.
Share Google Workspace expertise to support customer relationships, including briefings, proofs-of-concept, and solution coordination for adoption.
Architect solutions leveraging Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to automate complex workflows and advise on integration strategies.
Educate partners and customers on agentic capabilities using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise with third-party data sources.
Lead discussions connecting business goals to technical decisions.
