Job summary

Join Premier Cloud as a Google Workspace Customer Engineer. In this role, you will manage client engagements, offer technical pre-sales assistance, and ensure seamless interaction with various stakeholders. Your technical expertise will help cultivate strategic relationships with clients and partners, particularly Google's sales and professional services teams.

You are expected to have proven experience in a customer-facing role, particularly with Google Workspace and be skilled in addressing technical challenges and fostering commercial advantages through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role (5+ years).
• Comprehensive understanding of the Google Workspace ecosystem.
• Ability to identify customer problems and technical objections.
• Expertise in utilizing AI platforms to automate business operations.
• Manage data handling policies and safeguard cloud infrastructures.
• Skill set to transition email and document data from external environments.
• Ability to execute data moves between Google environments.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and planning migrations.
• Experience in replying to the technical parts of RFPs and RFIs.
• Ability to solve technical problems for different customer environments.
