Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive technical wins for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise. You will partner with sales teams to differentiate offerings, engage in proofs-of-concept, and architect cross-pillar cloud solutions that solve customers’ business issues.

You will be the primary technical partner and trusted advisor, presenting practical solutions and driving delivery plans while collaborating with product, engineering, and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience working on power applications and productivity software.
• Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities, key customer objections, and develop strategies to resolve blockers.
• Share Google Workspace expertise to support technical relationships, including POCs, demos, and RFP coordination.
• Architect solutions using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to automate end-to-end workflows.
• Educate partners and customers on leveraging agentic capabilities with Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.
• Lead discussions connecting business goals to technical decisions.
