Google is hiring a Google Workspace Customer Engineer to partner with Sales and differentiate Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for our customers. You will be the primary technical partner, leading technical conversations and architecting cross-pillar cloud solutions that solve business challenges.
You will engage with technical and business leaders to present practical and useful solutions while driving technical wins.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience engaging with, or presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify business opportunities, tackle technical objections, and resolve blockers.
- Architect solutions using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for end-to-end workflows.
- Educate partners and customers on agentic capabilities and integrations with data sources.
- Recommend enterprise architectures and infrastructure for complete Google Workspace solutions.
- Education partners to drive technical direction and enable market-ready Google Workspace solutions.
