Job summary

Google LLC seeks a Google Workspace Customer Engineer to partner with Sales, differentiating Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for customers and partners. You will be the technical partner, solving complex issues and delivering proofs-of-concept.

You will architect cross-pillar cloud solutions, engage with technical and business leaders, and present practical solutions for transformation using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience working on power applications and productivity software.
• Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers.
• Share Google Workspace expertise to support technical relationships with customers and partners, including RFPs.
• Architect solutions using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to automate customer workflows.
• Educate partners and customers on leveraging agentic capabilities with Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.
• Lead discussions connecting business goals to technical decisions.
