Job summary

Google seeks a Google Workspace Customer Engineer (CE) for the Mid-Market Enterprise segment to partner with Sales, troubleshoot technical questions, and architect cross-pillar cloud solutions. You will drive technical wins and define delivery plans, engaging with technical and business leaders to present practical, scalable workflows across Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.

Qualifications

6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience working on power applications and productivity software.
Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities, objections, and blockers; develop strategy.
Share Google Workspace expertise to support technical relationships and lead POCs.
Architect cross-pillar cloud solutions using Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.
Educate partners and customers on leveraging agentic capabilities and data integrations.
Lead discussions linking business goals to technical decisions.
