Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Platform Customer Engineer to partner with the technical sales team and differentiate Google Cloud for customers. You will serve as the primary technical partner, lead technical conversations, troubleshoot, and architect cross-pillar cloud solutions to address business challenges.

You will focus on identifying, pursuing, and winning workloads, delivering end-to-end solutions, and engaging with technical and business leaders to demonstrate value from Gemini Enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of cloud native architecture experience in customer-facing or support roles.
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executives.
• Experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities and resolve technical blockers.
• Architect solutions leveraging Gemini Enterprise to automate workflows.
• Drive technical adoption of Gemini Enterprise and manage proof-of-concept work.
• Share Google Workspace expertise to support customer relationships and coordination of solutions.
• Educate partners and customers on agentic capabilities and third-party integrations to drive innovation.
