Job summary

Google is seeking a Google Workspace Customer Engineer to partner with Sales teams and differentiate Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for customers in the Sunnyvale area. You will be the primary technical partner, addressing complex questions, delivering proofs-of-concept, and architecting cross‑pillar cloud solutions that drive technical wins.

You will communicate with technical and business leaders, lead demonstrations, and help customers transform their workflows using Google Workspace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of cloud native architecture experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with cloud engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executives.
• Experience in programming, debugging, systems design, demos, or customer workshops.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities and resolve technical blockers.
• Architect solutions leveraging Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.
• Educate partners and customers on agentic capabilities and integrations.
• Recommend enterprise architectures and infrastructure for complete solutions.
• Educate partners and drive technology direction for Google Workspace solutions.
