Job summary

Google is seeking a Google Workspace Sales Specialist focused on renewals and expansion sales in the US market. You will maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, demonstrate product value, and manage opportunities within an overlay to Field Sales.

You will build pipelines, qualify prospects, and drive agreements across Workspace Productivity and Collaboration solutions. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
• Experience selling SaaS, Productivity, or Collaboration solutions to clients.
• Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese or Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

• Drive pipeline, manage renewal cycles, and expand the customer base, promoting Workspace Productivity and Collaboration solutions to new groups inside existing customer organizations while delivering or exceeding against quarterly business and growth goals.
• Increase engagement and experience for customers and prospects, building scalable and reference-able campaigns and testimonials alongside the Program Management team to maximize your territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships with customers, actively influencing long-term strategic direction and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Serve as the subject matter expert to the Field organization and cross-functional teams, sharing best practices and improving product and market knowledge and skills.
