Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate in Worcester to manage a dynamic center and deliver exceptional customer service. You will handle administrative tasks, support clients, and help maintain the community atmosphere that makes our spaces productive and welcoming.

You’ll coordinate services, assist with events, and ensure invoices and access to resources are smooth and accurate. This role emphasizes multitasking, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ownership of problems and solution orientation.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with day-to-day requests, such as Wi‑Fi, packages, directions, and room setups.
• Handle invoicing and service charges, ensuring accuracy in the portal.
• Assist in planning events and communicating notices to customers.
• Support center operations and ensure a tidy, welcoming environment.
• Open tickets for issues like room temperature and facility needs.
