Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate in Worcester, MA to manage front‑line customer service and center operations. You’ll help customers with everyday tasks, set up equipment, and coordinate simple events within the center.

You’ll work to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience, handling inquiries, invoices, and room setups while maintaining the center standards. This role emphasizes strong communication and hands-on support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while delivering strong service.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day‑to‑day center needs (Wi‑Fi, packages, directions).
• Set up projectors and help customers using center amenities.
• Process and charge services and invoices accurately.
• Coordinate events and communications within the center.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming center environment and respond to inquiries.
