IWG is hiring a Community Associate for our Worcester center. You will work closely with customers across various industries to create and maintain a thriving community within the center, handling day-to-day administrative and support needs so clients can focus on their business.

You will start by welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, coordinating room setups, and processing center services. Strong MS Office skills and 1+ year of customer service help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take ownership of issues and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and visitors at the Worcester center.
• Handle inquiries, issues, and requests to ensure a smooth experience.
• Set up AV equipment and support meeting room needs.
• Process mail, invoices, and center-related administrative tasks.
• Plan and coordinate local networking events and notices.
