Job summary

IWG is hiring a Community Associate to support a busy center, helping customers with day-to-day needs, setting up equipment, and coordinating services. You’ll be the friendly face ensuring smooth operations and accurate invoicing while guiding clients to networking events and community activities.

The role emphasizes multitasking, strong communication, and a proactive mindset to create a welcoming, efficient environment for members and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support their needs to enable smooth center operations
• Handle inquiries, assist with Wi-Fi codes, packages, directions, and equipment setup
• Process service requests, ensure accurate invoicing and billing for services
• Assist with organizing events and networking within the center
• Maintain center cleanliness and administrative tasks to support customers
