Qualifications

2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric retail setting.
High school diploma.
Basic understanding of POS, scheduling, HRIS, and time and attendance.

Responsibilities

Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in daily assignments and directing work, including managing break schedules and priorities.
Assist in hiring and promotion decisions, providing feedback and recommendations on applicant selection and staff advancement.
Lead and inspire the team during shifts, enforcing policies and communicating disciplinary actions when needed.
Drive sales as Floor Leader, coaching Bear Builders and delivering an Experience First guest experience.
Ensure merchandising displays adhere to brand standards and maintain an inviting store environment.
Maintain operational efficiencies, safety policies, and address guest issues promptly.
Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and counts.
Help build a high-performing team delivering exceptional guest experiences.
