Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager with daily assignments and directing staff.
• Assist in hiring and promotions decisions with feedback and recommendations.
• Lead shifts, enforce policies, and communicate disciplinary actions as needed.
• Drive sales by coaching Bear Builders and enhancing the Guest experience.
• Ensure merchandising displays adhere to brand standards and layout.
• Oversee inventory receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Develop a high-performing team delivering outstanding Guest service.
