Qualifications

• 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric retail environment.
• High school diploma required; additional coursework or degrees are a plus.
• Basic ability to operate common store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time/attendance).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in daily assignments and staff direction.
• Support hiring decisions and provide feedback on applicant selection and promotion.
• Lead shifts, enforce policies, and communicate disciplinary actions when needed.
• Drive sales through coaching and delivering a strong Guest experience.
• Ensure displays follow brand standards and maintain a cohesive store look.
• Oversee inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Develop a high-performing team delivering exceptional Guest experiences.
