Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Technology Manager to own the Workplace Experience Technology operations, strategy, governance, training, and continuous improvement, ensuring workplace technologies deliver a seamless employee experience while coordinating specialized CBRE resources to support advanced technical requirements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, act as technology advisor, define integration requirements, manage the product backlog, and report to executive stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to solve unique problems with broad business impact.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for Workplace Experience Technology initiatives.
• Act as Technology Advisory Consultant, Product Strategist, IWMS implementation lead, and Data Governance/Integration advisor.
• Lead continuous improvement across the workplace technology ecosystem.
• Define integration requirements and coordinate testing and business acceptance activities.
• Communicate with executive stakeholders and manage the product backlog.
