Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules.
• Review invoices and maintain cost records for workplace services.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints about experience services.
• Approve client materials and ensure brand-aligned documentation.
• Develop vendor partnerships and assist in contract negotiations.
• Deliver orientation for new employees and train the team.
• Enforce safety standards and support business continuity planning.
